Once the order confirmation is received, your order will ship from either our third-party fulfillment center (Amazon) or from our factory in Sweden. Order confirmations sometimes arrive in a customer's spam email folder. Please check this folder if your order confirmation is not received within 15 minutes of placing your order.

• VERKA is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages. Customers will need to contact the courier service to file a claim.
