Restrictions apply to discounted clogs purchased during the Black Friday Sale.

***Clogs discounted from 40-70% purchased during the Black Friday Sale do not qualify for returns or exchanges***

Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmation was provided, as long as the clogs are in an unworn condition. To keep your clogs in an unworn condition, please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that they will not be returned. Clogs returned to VERKA, found to have manufacturer defects, will be fully refunded.

Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundable unless a clog manufacturing defect applies. VERKA will determine if manufacturer defects are found on returned orders.
